Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the sz99 website accessible at sz99.bio, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, and features.
• "Operator" means the company operating sz99 under an international gaming licence, responsible for the provision of all betting and casino services on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with sz99.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account under the terms of a specific sz99 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by sz99 using government-issued documents such as a Pakistani CNIC.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all Account transactions on the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time by the Operator.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sz99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting the sz99 support team at [email protected].

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the sz99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. sz99 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of the Operator or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
5. You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by sz99 for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the sz99 Platform, including placing Wagers and processing withdrawals, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

4.1 Registration

You may only maintain one Account on sz99. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 KYC Verification

sz99 conducts KYC verification as required by its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), both front and back
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other proof of residential address not older than three months
• A copy of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, if requested

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. sz99 will not accept third-party payment methods — all deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. sz99 recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication from the Account security settings. You must notify sz99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. sz99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sz99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes, subject to the processing times of the individual payment provider.

sz99 does not accept cash deposits, postal orders, or payments from credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits will be refused and returned to the source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account and registered in your own name. sz99 processes withdrawals within standard business hours and aims to complete approved requests within 24 hours during peak support hours (10:00–02:00 PKT). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn
• sz99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures
• sz99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, Wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by sz99. No currency conversion fees are charged by sz99 on PKR transactions.

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on the sz99 Platform. Sport-specific rules, where they differ from or supplement these general rules, are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

1. Bet Acceptance: All Wagers are subject to acceptance by sz99. The Operator reserves the right to refuse any Wager, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
2. Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a Wager. The odds displayed at the time a Wager is confirmed and accepted are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that Wager.
3. In-Play Betting: In-play (live) Wagers are accepted subject to the Platform's live data feed. sz99 shall not be liable for any discrepancy between the live odds displayed and the actual state of play resulting from data latency. In-play Wagers may be suspended at any time.
4. Void Bets: A Wager may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered prior to completion, or where the Wager was placed in error due to a manifest pricing error. Voided Wagers are refunded to the Account balance.
5. Bet Settlement: Wagers are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. sz99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation where results are in dispute.
6. Maximum Winnings: sz99 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated from time to time.
7. Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per Wager is PKR 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

Casino Games

All casino games offered on the sz99 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing processes, as applicable.

The following conditions apply to casino gameplay:

• Game rules specific to each title are displayed within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before wagering.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion using the RNG outcome already determined at the point of disconnection. sz99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• If a technical fault or software error results in an incorrect game outcome, sz99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. Winnings paid out as a result of a software error that is subsequently identified may be reclaimed from the Player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. sz99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games are certified by the software providers and are available on request.

Bonuses & Promotions

sz99 offers promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general conditions and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

1. Bonuses are credited to the Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
2. Wagering requirements specify a minimum total amount that must be wagered using the Bonus Funds before a withdrawal request can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.
3. Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are specified in each promotion's terms. In general, sports bets and slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or zero.
4. Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
5. sz99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused.
6. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
7. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of whether additional accounts are created.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sz99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or manifest pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or betting markets
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting based on non-public information
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with criminal activity, including the deposit of funds derived from illegal sources
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers across multiple accounts

Intellectual Property

All content on the sz99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools
• Use the sz99 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by the Operator

All third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform — including game provider logos and payment method logos — are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or with permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, for any reason
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market data, or game outcomes resulting from data feed errors or third-party provider failures
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for any purpose other than placing Wagers on the Platform itself

The sz99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

sz99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts to notify them when a defined session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from betting of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but no Wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely cease gambling on sz99 may request self-exclusion by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

sz99 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and does not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you are concerned about your gambling habits or those of someone you know, we encourage you to seek support from responsible gaming organisations and to use the self-exclusion tool without delay.

Account Suspension & Closure

sz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised by the Player with their payment provider
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Dormancy — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach, the Account holder may request withdrawal of their remaining real-money balance through the standard withdrawal process, subject to KYC requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact sz99's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. sz99 is committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly and promptly and will endeavour to provide a response within five business days of receiving a written complaint.

Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process may escalate their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by the Operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from the support team.

Amendments to These Terms

sz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange Account closure.

No amendment to these Terms will affect any Wager already placed and accepted by sz99 prior to the date on which the amendment takes effect.
